Could Someone Please Tell Me The Difference Between
A Portuguese K98 Bayonet And A Normal K98 Bayonet.

Majority of Portuguese K98 bayonet has serial numbers on the crossguard and on the frog stud.

Or the serial number could be on the pommel, usuall a letter followed by four numbers IIRC.

On this link you can see a K98 bayonet for Portugal. This is one from the first portugese contract.

For the second contract the bayonet has a number with a letter on the crossguard and a number with a letter on the frog stud

These bayonets have WaA on the pommel and on the scabbard ball tip. No date and no maker mark on the bayonet and on the scabbard.
