As far as Third Reich daggers go, that's a new one on me! What type of dagger is it associated with? There were numerous small, "cottage" makers of early SA daggers and I'm not saying I know them all but, again, that one does not ring a bell.
Are you certain it's a maker's mark and not a distributor's? That was a fairly common practice druing the period - probably best illustrated by the "W. Michovus Cottbus" found on a great many Hunting & Forestry pieces, especially those by Eickhorn.
Anyone else?

These are dodgy looking fakes and fantasy pieces that have been appearing on UK ebay lately.
David. At Rathau on the Aller, the CO of 5th Royal Tanks advanced on foot to take a cautious look into the town before his tanks moved in. He encountered one of his own officers, a huge Welshman named John Gwilliam who later captained his country's rugby team, 'carrying a small German soldier by the scruff of his neck, not unlike a cat with a mouse.' The Colonel said: 'Why not shoot him?' Gwilliam replied in his mighty Welsh voice: 'Oh no, sir. Much too small.'
