The dagger is fine
Did it come with this scabbard? The finish is very smooth ,could be done by the factory.

A very nice and early piece from the original order through the SS Distribution District in Dresden. Everything fits beautifully and the hilt condition is well above average for SS pieces. The hanger also fits the dating of the dagger.
