Help for a SS dagger

    Yes, Rheingold, that is the way it looks to me. A W for sure. The patina of the dagger crossguards
    and the patina of the scabbard fittings do not appear to match. Better photos are needed for sure of
    the crossguard stamp and makers mark if any.

        The crossguard is marked "WM" and inside "EW".
