Estate Find HJ Knife opinions.

Hey everyone. I found this knife hiding in a box at a sale this weekend and I'm hoping I lucked out. It is stamped Paul Weyersberg & Co and it has the Motto engraved. I'm familiar with Weyersberg bayonets and gravity knives but I've never come across a youth knife from them or seen this stamp before.
I'm thinking about posting it on the stand but want to be sure first. Is it a rare knife? Any idea the value?

Genuine early hj knife with a hard to find maker: Paul Weyersberg & Co

Blade seems to have some origional crossgrain with a nice motto,

Pity the rear griplate is broken !, value $350 max in this condition imo.
