    SS Knot?

I have been having a hard time identifying this knot.

    Is it SS?

    Thank you in advance.

    I found a couple. I guess it's a SS NCO knot.

There is no positive ID for these so far, most feel they are not SS and many feel they are post WWII. If you do a search on the forum you'll find several threads about them. Here are a few...

Thanks for the links. It looks like this one is a bit of a mystery.

You are certain that the knot isn't SS.

Can you tell me what the knot is for?

Thanks for the help so far guys.

I think the question should be, "can you prove these were used by ____?". So far there's no evidence these were used by anyone in particular or even date to WWII. Sellers would like the buyer to believe they're SS because they can ask a lot more money than for an "unattributed, possibly post war" knot. BTW, mint ones were selling on ebay a few years ago for around $50.

This knots are suspicious to be a after WWII Production.

The style is like the forestry Knots in the III Reich
