Picked up a grouping with a few questionable pieces. It has Holler blade, black handle w/larger and non-typical fitting on the lower section. Appears to be army fittings. Opinions please?

Strange! Wonder what the grip is from? The scabbard is not Holler, looks like a Pack variety that had its bands enhanced by some small maker. That's all I've got... Kevin

This reproduction is modeled after the "first model railway dagger" and not a very good one at that.

Here is what I thnk is going on: Blade tang too long for grip, so they used a GO Ferrel to make up the length. IF parts are real, some value, but would have to have them in hand to tell. Grip looks like a seven segment 1st Model Railway to me, but may be fake. JMO.
