That is a question that goes into the depth of the differences in Rohm inscriptions. Yes, there are accepted differences between makers. However, the guys that know are not going to tell you. It's years of study and the fakers watch these sites and constantly improve their product.

Now, how about giving us a little. Where is this item being offered?

This dagger is offered nowhere. Has never been on any dealers site and is coming straight out of an estate sale. Daggers are not my thing, so I will not keep it. But before selling/trading it I just wanted to make sure if original.

The full Rohm dagger is highly questionable in my opinion, as for the one from Wittmann, no comments .................

Most of the dagger is good, except for the blade with the fake dedication and fake crossgrain on the dedication side. So you can sell those parts as authentic and throw the blade into the 'repro' section. OR sell it complete to a ' Fake Rohm dedication researcher'.
