The dagger looks like a legit partial ground Rohm Boker to me.
The scabbard looks to be painted postwar as these were blued flat.
Blade looks to be cleaned also.
Better photos would help.

Yes, a very nice piece, ID'd by the number, and part of the initial dagger order placed through the Munich SS Distribution Center. Quite a find -- congrats, Sam!
