It looks like a parade dress bayonet ESG with not proper combat scabbard and frog, the scabbard has a not origin black paint.

The Holler ESG is ok, but You need a proper scabbard, which would be not easy to find, the scabbard and frog You could change or trade with someone.

Yes, the scabbard and the frog belongs to a service bayonet Seitengewehr 84/98.

The bayonet is a Extra-Seitengewehr, a privat bought dress bayonet.

You need a matching dress scabbard.
