Help please : Buy HJ Knife

Hello,

I'm Nicolas. I live in Belgium and collect for about 2 years, especially weapons WWII.


I would like to buy a HJ Knife, but dont know if it is ok. It's a Emil Voos m7/2 1938. The motto "Blut und Ehre" is marked. I thought this wasnt from 1938 and further? The scabbard is postwar. Thank you for your opinions and comments.

My understanding is that 1938 dated knives may or may not have the Motto as this was a transition year . Hard to tell from the pictures for me , but the grip fit looks sloppy IMO . Mine has the m/m etched on the blade . This mfg. is heavily faked . As you stated the scabbard is post war . I would pass on this one friend .

Thanx for your opinion. Didn't buy it. Did sent the seller a message.
Saved me money. So....the search can go on for a nice HJ Knife.
