Opinions needed on SA dagger

I would leave the dagger as it is. I've never seen such a well-done work at a de-nazified dagger. Usually the eagle and roundel have been removed crudely and the gaps have been left blank. The wooden piece has been inserted quite professionally by a real craftsman. I would not replace this grip, since it'll be hard to find a matching grip. And then it will be always a parts dagger.

It's interesting that I just got an email from a woman trying to sell me some Nazi firepace knobs. Had quite a time explaining to her that the swastika did not start with the Nazis. Lots of swastikas can be found with North American origins pre 1930's.

BTW ... The swastika has it's origin from India and the religions of Hinduism and Buddhism. It was used hundreds of years before by various ethnical and political groups before finally the Nazis brought it to its sad publicity.

I paid 200 dollar for this SA dagger. (From a old mans estate in Norway)
I will leave the SA dagger as it is, on the wall in my "man-cave"
