HJ knife with "Fleur de Lys" shield...opinions please!

Hi to All,

Really not expert with knife, dagger or edged weapon i require your opinion on that knife recently found on a flee market which have all characteristics of a HJ knife but with a modified shield (by a "fleur de Lys" shield) and the serrated blade looks not familiar to me...any comments will be appreciated

I just found that picture on the net of a HJ knife with the same serrated blade but it appears that it was not usual..?

The HJ Fahrtenmesser model was continued in production in Solingen after the war but with the Scouts (Fleur de Lys) insignia. One of the makers is Hubertus and I believe it is made to this date.
