    Hi,
Had to share with you my latest find straight out of the woodwork, normally i do not entertain daggers in this condition but exception's can be made ,this dagger was taken and used as his personal sidearm/utilitary knife it's been sharped and indeed is a little shorter can anybody guess why it's special

Nice light coloured grip thats rather fat?

I dunno, does the blade have a Röhm signature on the reverse? Scarce gau mark, maybe even scarcer in all capitals, as yours is. Rare blade maker? Am I getting warmer?

              Hi,

As you can see the group mark is OST never noticed that it was capitals until it was mentioned is this unusual?the maker is i belive not that common on one of these?
But your right Billy it's a full Rohm imo the top of the letter's appear to have been worn off by the hard use as can be seen on both sides of the blade, not by being erased on purpose ,thats my oppinion and i'm sticking to it Anyway hope you all like it even in this condition.
              All the best Merdock

                  Hi Merdock,

Great piece and a Henckels too! I will say though, that there have been fakes of these for many years. You might want to send it to someone like Gailen David to verify it's motto etch. In any event, a shame it was sharpened but a great piece nonetheless!
