FS Dagger

Hi guys,i have this WW2 FS Dagger,and i want it to be sold on the estand..
Dagger by itself have a French named provenance from a high Ranked regional resistance/maquis Corps Franc Chief...
If sold i will give the buyer the name and war name of the owner...
Please i need your opinion about it..
Scabbard is WW2 era but was a part of another dagger i sold....buyer just wanted the dagger and no need of it so i i kept it and married it with this one in pics...
Any idea about the value ?

The FS second model B 2 marked are orginal. The grip have lost the orginal black burn painting finish. The blade is correct forged.

The scabbard are the first type .

Value in this condition in my eyes are max 300/400 US .
