    My Entry Into Dagger Collecting

I know neither of these are anywhere on the level of what you guys have, but just wanted to show them and get your expert opinions.

The SA is RZM M.7/67/38. Gottlieb Hammesfahr. I know that the RZM aren't as desirable, however I think this is a beautiful dagger. The Crossgrain is fully intact all the way to the tip.

The Heer Dagger is an Alcoso in admittedly rough shape. I got it with 6 other knives and swords for $200. So not too bad I don't think.

Thank you all for looking and any input is appreciated!

Looks like an early RZM that was a mid period displaying some nickel components.

A very nice quality SA... nice bright blade is what all edge weapon collectors are after! Remember not to settle for salty blades, you'll wish you spent the extra hundreds to get a bright-good condition one later down the road.

                      A nice start!
