Foreign German Occupation Dagger

Has anyone ever seen this variation of the Yugosalvia Police Officer's Dagger under German occupation?

Dagger is a Yugoslav, but not police.
It is a infantry dagger M1939, replaced with the grip and pommel. (probably repro)
Badge was later added on to the grip.
(whoever did it, forgot to remove the Yugoslav Royal Eagle.)
