Bayonet SG71 with numbers help needed

Bayonet on first picture on the right side. I think it is an SG71 official piece (Kammerstueck). The numbers on the Bayonet and scabbard telling the regiment?? Could also maybe somebody help me to identify the maker as there are only parts visible. Maybe E.Wilhelm, Suhl ?? On the back of the blade it is stamped W 74 probably Wilhelm 1874 but what are the other stamps?? Any help highly appreciated.
