Horster marine dagger

I want to hear some tought's on this horster marine dagger.After looking in to threads of this maker i think this piece is original.The grip has some repairs to it

The grip has a wooden core and the scarrap is magnetic.The blade has two marks on it "33"

What do you think of this one

Looks ok except of screws on the scabbard. They look new to me.

Also the handle is marked with 33
