The scarbard is nom magnetic. I think this one is fake.

Give that one back to your friend. The good news - he can't hurt it with paint. The bad news - it is a reproduction.

The rest of the pieces you have shown here appear to be okay. Get anything else your friend has that's good away from him and buy him a coloring book.

I've buy that in the same lot, I know it's a fake, but I didn't say that to him. The others items are 100% good. I know a little about blades. That's a good idea, the colour bookRegards, Otto
