Spanish fake SS dagger ?

Hello all,

A buddy of mine came across this one and sent me some photos. Is this one of those Spanish fakes or does it have a chance of being a legit WKC?

There are no obvious red flags but I have to admit that the pics are pretty bad, better pics would greatly help.

A close up of the tang would prove without a doubt if it is original or not, this maker marked was greatly faked in the 60's and one has to be carefull.

Have you seen the motto placement?

It is too far down the blade and the fit of the blade to the lower crossguard.
to name a few.
i would pass...

the motto should be 25mm... from the grip ask your friend to measure it...and to provide better pics...could be the real deal...
