Crossguards look aluminum which would be consistant with a "type 2" trademark. The "type 1" trademark is the longer one with address is the most frequently reproduced NPEA blade, by Reddick & others. Frog looks inappropriate but may be period. Frog lug might be too long but tough to tell from the poor pics.
Can't tell much else from the pics. I inquired about tang & inner crossguard markings & was told the seller hadn't had the dagger apart so I left it at that.
