      Well the obvious, a stress or fracture to the left corner on the obverse, mushroomed out lower scabbard chape ball, somewhat tired blade, repainted scabbard, and stuffed in the scabbard shell the wrong way....

        Thanks for opinion. but repainted scabbard re you 100 % shure about that ?
        Ok some small worn dents but for me is untuched and uncleaned M33 Böker .

            The dagger itself and the scabbard fittings look good to me, including honest age and wear -- especially the crushed ball -- but the scabbard body is just too new to be un-tampered-with. It reminds me of an elderly gentleman with coal black dyed hair...

                I ll take some bether day pics. Because this dagger comes from such hands that i cant belive that is scabbard new painted ! Only what is missing is one screw on uper part of scabarrd but i think this is not a big deal ?!

                    You mean total without colour or with that colour on the scabbard ?
                    I know that exist two way of black colour black brounire method or black paint.
                    from fabric to fabric or to time to time different.
                    This dagger I get from an very serious SS collector specialist who write a book for that items.

                      bokers of this period left the factory with a blued scabard (anodised to collectors) not painted

                        the klass in your link has a repainted scabbard as is shown by the circle
                        it would have left the factory with a chemically blued scabbard like yours would have done
                        when the blue wore thin they were often period painted black
