    ss dagger help please

    i'm not up on these.... and i'm having difficulty educating myself.

    the handle looks off to me on this one.

    I think this has more than handle problems. I dont like the blade, makers mark, the Runes, heck I dont like any of it. the motto is all over the place, the blade spine is to sharp. Correct me if Im wrong guys.

      I wouldn't say it's bad.
      It's not an untouched piece.The blade has been heavily cleaned.
      The "incomplete" roman III on lower guard is typical for an hammesfahr and often seen.

        I agree w/Robert. The blade is bad. The central spine is to sharp and the "e" is in different spots as the motto goes down the blade. I don't like the logo either.

          The motto and m/m appear to be proper 1st variation Hammersfahr . Blade is heavily cleaned as already stated and motto is applied a bit crooked as sometimes happened. I think the grip may have been changed at some point as the angles and radius are a bit off . JMO

                      To me it's a good Hammesfahr with overcleaned blade.
