I have been offered these two swords ?

Dear Members,

I have been offered these two swords and was wondering what do you think?


Any advice on what they are ?

The guy wants $450 per sword.

They look like regular army swords to me ?

Any comments are more than welcome.

The one on the left is a Panther head sword and the one on the right is a lion's head sword. I am not familiar enough to tell you who the makers are, but IMHO, price is a little high, especially for the panther head in the condition it is in.

One year ago this would have been a fair price... these just dont move like they used too... even in top condition I'd be surprised if these two brought closer to $500ea.

Depends on how badly you want them I suppose - but take a look at eStand 1st, they are going a little cheaper on their than this I believe...
