i will pass on it....just want to back up my thought with facts before i reply to the guy who is offering me this knife

polished grip plates, polished rivets, unsharp profile of the grip plates, (maybe new made ?), strange finish of the scabbard, strange, (and badly pointed), makers mark, crossguard looks badly cleaned, probably replaced, ...

That´s only my, (personal), 50 cents ! ...
