I bought one here from estand for $225 but that is in US, in EU should bring €300-350 IMO.

No. Like I said I bought one exact like yours same thing engraved blade for $225. And it was also on eBay for same price for a long time. This is imperial and also dress sword not combat. And they were commonly engraved, so it is not rare. If you had ww2 officers engraved then you are talking big $.
But sound like you already have you mind set how much is worth, so you should go with that.

If you want it for collection that is the value, but if you want for resale not a good investment.

I begin an engraved sword collection... and in europe, sword are expensive (I love USA for reasonnable prices !!!)
