Need opinions on this full Roehm SS dagger from Herder

    Hello,

I compared the engraving to several Herder Roehm's shown here at the WAF and I have a pretty good feeling about it, but that means nothing
Too bad that the grip is in rough shape and that the blade shows a lot of runner marks etc...
What do you think about the scabbard, the overall great shape does not really match the "used" condition of the dagger itself...

What are your thoughts about this rig?

Sorry for the poor pictures, unfortunately these are all I have.

    Thanks in advance

    Alex

          1. Redone scabbard shell.

          2. Extremely poor fit of grip to crossguard for a Herder.

          3. Buffed for highly cleaned crossguards.

          4. Atypical Motto etch for this firm.

          5. Very questionable Rohm dedication from the photos presented.

          6. Maker TM, worthless to analyze in the photos.

Out of curiosity, how much was the asking price for this bubble of hope?

Hell, I may be wrong on all of my challenges with the dagger, and certainly some better photos could clear up a lot of it.

                        JR is right on IMO.
