Gold (seewaserfest) Kriegsmarine knot (portepee)

Hello,

any opinions about this Kriegsmarinne knot?

The seller is talking about "seewasserfest" portepee for Kriegsmarine dagger.

It "smells" old, has some minor wears and tears, but overall look is 98% mint.

Couldn't take better pics, don't know why, but in case anyone needs any more in detail, just ask. I'm always here :-)

Maybe I should note also that it passes UV test, no ligthing at all.

I feel it's good, but a bit unusual. I am still waiting for the books to come, so wanted someone to take a look ;-)

This portepee is an original late war piece made of celleon which is made of a material rather than the earlier aluminum or silver wire portepees found on earlier period navals.

I am just looking to buy some late-war dagger with ahmmered scabbard, so this one will be a part of that one.
