Missmatched Nordsee K98

This is a nordsee bayonet right? Is it more or less "unusual" than the ones with the N written in script?

Is interesting as one of the early Hoerster production, but the N.serial is normal without letter with non script letter in front. The scabbard is missmatch, probably post 1940 production.
