Strange Second Luft

Hey gang!

I got a call from a customer and he sent me these pictures via Email. This scabbard obviously is not right... It kind of looks like a hunting association sheath... but I have never seen a luft dagger marked that way before. Is this something different.. of have I just not seen enough to have run across one marked like this.

Thoughts?
