This ad is on Craig's List. I can't imagine anyone paying 100 dollars for it. But asking in an arrogant way for 125 thousand dollars I would expect Himmler's personal SS dagger and then I would feel robbed.

I think to be 100% disabled means you are dead ?

Disabled and the percentage is what the Army deems you are. If you are 100% it means that you are actually considered disabled. 50% disabled would mean you are partially disabled and would be given for something like a back that was thrown out that never healed. I think hearing loss used to give you 35% or so.
