I just picked up my first HJ knife from a private seller. the blade and sheath are not in the best shape, but I like it. I did a little research and am under the assumption that the maker is Wilhelm Halbach, which from what I gather is a rarer maker. Is this correct?
Also, on one side of the pommel is what appears to be "SCHOTT", can anone tell me what this name represents?
Lastly, the letters "K.H." are stamped on the pommell as well. I'm assuming these are the owner's initials?
Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
Sammy T.
