SS Dagger 1054/39 (Opinions Please)

I have an oportunity to purchase this dagger from a private seller. This would be my first SS dagger and am in need of verifying authenticity.

Also if this is a good dagger if anyone is willing to PM me with an estimate on value would be appreciated, as I don't know if this is your typical $3,000 dagger or if it is something more.

but i would judge it as a real one.
A few clear close ups of the blade, motto and TM would be fine!
