    (silly) Question

    Hi!

I´ve a little question about a SS Sword. Does a SS Sword )Officer) really exist? I mean with a Lionhead and a especially colour of the grip (silver?) or something else? I´ve searched but cannot find anything...and, if it really exist, does anybody get a picture of it?

    Gest regards
    Bernhard

Early SS swords looked like this but there were many variations.

There are also a number of postwar conversions to "SS" sabers. So the details become important in sorting out the legitimate items from the fakes. FP

            Hello,

This is an area I'm new to and don't know what you mean. Can you please elaborate?

            Regards,
            Stu

Thanks for your replies. On the pictures i´ve got, the grip looks silver but in nature it was golden, so an "ordinary" Officer´s sword. Thanks for your answers.

              Best regards
              Bernhard
