      Depending on the type of metal used this could possibly be orignial made by Hoeller or Hoerster. If the hilt is made of zinc diecast it would be a replica.
      This hilt is an example of what happens when the dagger is frequently disassembled and then overtorqued when reassembled.
      Another reason for the stooping eagle head could be parts substitution with improperly fitting components.

        I found out and know now that the dagger is not a fake, maybe the blade would later be changed. Thank you for your efforts.

          I don't know if changing the blade is necessary because there are many 'no-maker' Govs out there. Straightening out that hilt would be more important.
