Opinions needed on Luft 2 with hangers

I would be grateful for opinions on this second pattern luft and hangers. The throat securing screws seemed to have been replaced by rivets and one part of one hanger clip is missing. The only hangers that I have seen-not many! have been marked DRGM, these are not. I attach some pics.

The hangers are fine. I have several hangers with this type of upper clip that are not marked DRGM. So, I wouldn't worry about it. Someone handy with tools might be able to fix that lower clip.

Peter, Nice correct looking luft you have here.(except for the strange "plugs" in the scabbard screw holes as you knew) Many luft collectors would like to have this maker as it is a fairly rare mark on 2ND lufts! All fittings are generic as would be expected on this small volume maker that bought all its fittings. Well done! Kevin.

I agree with Kevin that a Krebs 2nd model Luft is a rarity and the generic fittings are totally correct.
I do like the hangers also.

                      Regards,
                      Frank

Neat rare maker for a Luft2.

                          Good catch, Peter.

Thanks Cogwheel, Kevin, Frank, rajko and John.
To be honest, when I bought it I had not come across this maker before and was not exactly jumping at it because of the odd rivet repair and the blade is not quite as good as it looks in the picture, showing signs of crude sharpening in areas and other areas where some surface rust has been removed. When I looked at it as a whole, however, I found myself drawn to it, and thought of it as a piece with character, and of course with an unusual maker! So I am glad that everything adds up to it being an original piece by this maker.
                            Thanks,
                            Peter.
