Maker's hallmark help please

Recently got a small german boot knife with the following hallmark on the blade. It is very difficult to get a good picture so the best I can do is this description.
The trademark is two spread-winged falcons on perches facing each other with a one-half sun burst between them
Does that ring a bell with any of you edged weapon guys.
