Dagger Hanger for ????

At first thought I was thinking this was a Herr hanger but the color is brown and different than the army hangers I have seen.Its a delux hanger but for which one??Sure wish the other was still there.It came on a nice lions head sword I bought.Thanks for any info you guys can give.
