If "nowak" is the seller (btw. I still wonder how people constantly believe it is his real identity), the dagger is 100% not in his posession.
Anyway, judging the "innocent" dagger: it looks like original Klittermann & Moog to me.
The motto looks more typical for Jacobs, but I've seen enough different motto variations by the same maker to say "this can be only Jacobs and this can be only K&M". What also matters is the E-L crossguards are typical for this producer.
