Zeitler made bolo?

This looks to be WWI era but I am really stumped on it. It appears to be some sort of bolo made by Zeitler but I cannot find any info about it. I am pretty much clueless when it comes to Imperial pieces.

Can anyone assist me further with it?

It is ww1 austro-hungarian artillery short sword. I do not have book in front of me right now to tell you the model.
