He emails me, and i have no idea who in the heck he is and sends pics, stating he wanted 463 for it.

well after a few more pics, and about 2 weeks, he sends more.

I ask where it is at, and whats the address, and reconfirmed the price.

well this time he says, " based on todays dollar value" i want 75.00 USD

well payment was sent 5 minutes later, and now 6 days after payment it is in my collection
