I have a sword from the ww2 era made in germany. I would like to know if anyone could tell me about the monogram on the blade?


Large H with H S inside the larger H, with a sword piercing the H S. Looks etched on.

I believe you are describing a E.F. Horster logo

I think that is most common maker reproduced for blades.
