From what I can tell form the photos, it looks to be an original. Is the RZM = M7/13 = Artur Schuttelhofer & Co. It hard to tell without a better photo of the mm.

How 'rare' is this maker on a scale from 1 (comon) to 10 (rare)?

Looks good to me! Has all the qualities of a RZM SA... Better pictures would be nice! This is a fantastic condition SA - scabbard looks so good I question if it was repained... check around the scabbard fitting for any indication of that as I cannot see in the pictures - if there is none, it's fantastic looking!
