Fake Feldernhalle blade?

I got this item in a hotel buy several weeks ago, a few people have looked at it and I have gotten mixed reviews on it, some like it, some say its a fake...my own gut is telling me I am out 200 bucks...so, what do you guys think of it? I am trying to get the seller to take it back but he swears its real and wants it in writing that its not a real one. Can someone settle this once and for all?

Eric, I am afraid that there is zero hope of this one being an original Felhernhalle dagger blade.
