Wehrmacht holler dagger

Hi all,
i'm going to post some photos for a friend that has this holler solingen from long time,i'm almost sure it's a fake but before to write back to him some bad news, i would like to have your opinion.
Wehrmacht daggers are not my cup of tea at all so..

I've been checking around and i noticed that the thermometer on the maker mark has horrible details and this should be enough to proof the fake, but what about the other pieces?
I asked him to make photos, are not in amazing definition but maybe it's enough.

YES, IN FACT ALSO THE SCABBARD HAS A FUNNY PATTERN COMPARED WITH OTHER ORIGINALS..
NOTHING TO SAVE ABOUT THIS BLADE..

I agree, the blade is a fake.
The swirl patterned scabbard is probably a fake also, although there are some originals with this pattern of swirled pebbling.

NOW THAT I LOOK BETTER AT THE MAKER MARK,
IT SEEMS THAT WHO MADE THE FAKE CONFUSED THE LAST N OF SOLINGEN WITH AN "M"..
AMAZING.

I think you will find that this scabbard is the repro type also with the separate scabbard tip.
