Looks like ivory to me The pics are not that clear but in one or two shots you can see the grain of the ivory(feint lines running up the handle) Would have to have it in hand to be 100% tho. A real beauty, thanks for showing.

I'm pretty certain it's artificial ivory since it has a plaster or wood core. Ivory would be solid. Nice grip in any event...
