    Vintage Pantographic knife question ??

I know these were never issued to the troops the Pantographic knifes . But i recently came across one that has the EICKHORN maker mark and it looks good . Just wondering if Eickhorn ever made the blades for them ??? Thanks guys wish i had a pic for you but i didnt take one and it has been bothering me ever since i saw it ..

These knives are everywhere and quite a few have Eickhorn maker marks, although I'm almost positive that the genuine Eickhorn firm never made any. Many are old enough now that they've got a nice patina. Or if you prefer, brand new ones are still available courtesy of our friends in Pakistan and China. Not anything for a collection, but possibly useful for digging dandelions.
