E-stand concern about KM dagger.

I sold in the E-stand a KM dagger and the buyer has a doubt about the eagle.
Can I know your opinion about this part ?

The swastika, a little too large, touching the edges of the cornice.

Hi each maker had a diffrent looking pommel. But I am no expert on these so you could start by looking at the diffrent makers.Best regards.
