Heer Dagger - AW Jr - Some questions

Hi,

I was looking a nice HOD for several monthes, and just received this one...

This one looks fine but I am not a Dagger specialist then few help will be very nice. !

- according to you, what is the period of production of this dagger ? early ?
- the pommel seems to have as small damage. Is this a damage or could it have leaved the factory like this ?

everything seems period but any opinion on this one will be very helpfull !!!!

A later one all looks ok, pommel may have been an inferior casting damaged post war imo.
